Can I order special or particular parts for my laptop?
[Answer] - Yes, we can do special order but there will be no refund for all special orders. Please make sure that the parts will be compatible to your laptop.

Why my laptop wont charge anymore and seems that the plug on the laptop is loose?
[Answer] - This is common to all laptop brands. The DC jack need to be replaced for this, we placed a new DC jack and solder it back with good support.

How long for you to diagnose my computer/laptop?
[Answer] - It takes us 1 day for the diagnostic check up - free of charge.

Do you do home service?
[Answer] - As of now we only do outside service work by appointments only.
